How is the email accessed by my custormer?
If I have a custormer set up as www.mycustomer.com does this person access the webmail by going to http://mail.mycustomer.com or http://mail.reseller.com ? to check his email.
Can you do this with a reqular multiple hosting plan. I know I can launch the sqmail at mail.domain.com, but I’d much prefer to use horde, as would my customers - but I need to be able to launch it without having them log into my control panel…

I don’t have a reseller account. I have a Titanium Windows Hosting Account with multiple domains - therefore I don’t believe I have a ‘service’ domain?
However, I do see that you have launch webmail from any one of the domains under my account by using mail.domain.com - but this only brings up the SQWebMail. My question was, can I launch the Horde Webmail in a similar way?
You can create an A record pointing a sub domain (webmail.customerdomain.com) to this IP for each of your customers
Then it could be accessed by webmail.customerdomain.com/horde

OK - so I’ve created the sub-domain. Now I need to change the IP for this sub-domain to the above. So how do I do that? - Currently, the IP address is shared - 66.235.181.49 - and the only option I have is to change it to a dedicated IP.
