the email server is down!

i was on my way to send a ticket, but the control panel is also down

the CP server is down for unscheduled maintenance. it will be back up in the next 20 min. No sites are affected

Something’s affecting the email, though.

incoming email is not affected when we bring down the mail server because all mail servers generally try a few times in a 24 hours period to get the email through.

generally that is true but I have found some systems give up after the first try…maybe because they are setup that way??

I’ve never encountered a system configured like that

CP is showing fine for me. Can you ping cp.jodoshared.com?
