I opened a ticket about this, but haven’t gotten a satisfactory answer yet. Is there a reason the new mail servers are still limited to 10MB email attachments? Most places are at 25-50MB now.
By default Max Attachment size is 20 MB on all shared server, now i have increase the limit to 27 MB only for your on one mail server. Also i have reply your ticket you may check.
Something must not be working properly, because I just tried testing this by sending a 9MB and 10MB file from gmail to our JH servers, and they are not getting through nor is anything bouncing..
Not seeing an issue here with them getting through. Are you sending to, from etc?
I am sending from a gmail or hotmail account to a domain hosted on JH servers. It’s in the ticket -944510. I can send those same attachments anywhere else and they get through.
As you requested in ticket we have tested with Exact 10 MB attachment file and it work fine for us now.
