My customer is having all email sent to AOL addresses blocked. A sample message they get is:
Connected to 205.188.190.2 but greeting failed.
Remote host said: 554 5.7.1 : (RLY:B1) Mail | Sender Hub
I have opened a support ticket: CDQ-80267-230. Anything that can be done to expedite this would be appreciated.
We’ve found and stopped that spammer, a while back, and its delisted with other RBLs now (including SORBS that listed it), aol should follow suit, if not they are way slow.
We have already requested delist and checked not many emails left the server in mail queue. But as such, they’ll take their own time period for delisting the server IP.
However, we are looking for temporary workaround until they respond as soon as possible.
I am posting a reply to this thread as it may be related but I will also open a ticket as well.
