I’ve attempted to create a ticket twice and I get a successful submission with the note that it will show up in a few minutes - but it never shows up. I’ve submitted many tickets in the past so I’m not sure if it’s me or not.
I’m having an issue sending an email and not sure if the reason for failed delivery is on my(Jodohost) side. Below is the partial message.

This is a permanent error; I’ve given up. Sorry it didn’t work out.
Well me too, but there was a time that the CBL was listing the windows servers with a similar error, but never the mail servers. We have now had to give all windows mail servers a proper HELO greeting to prevent such issues, and they have not been listed since. Really surprised to see it on a real mail server, it is not even true.
