Email doesn't work

Hi,

My email account doesn’t work for my service domain. My account is under Isotope and my email domain is mail3.isdcom.net. I’ve tried talking to you to get it resolved, but it still doesn’t work. I can’t even get to your website, http://www.jodohost , it times out. I’m not sure if has something to do with my DNS? Talk to you soon!

it is all working, and this forum is on the same network, so I highly doubt you are having an issue reaching our network.

I don’t know what’s going on. My email doesn’t work, it’s really f#*$ing strange that I can’t check my email or see your website, not frustrated with you, just this situation. I don’t know if it’s my machine, but it’s getting really old. Have you heard of anything happening like this? I can go to your forum through the subdomain, but I can’t access your website at jodohost.com or my email domain at mail3.isdcom.net, it’s really strange. I guess worst case senario I’ll contact my ISP and see what’s going on. Just plain weird!!

Please send in a traceroute via a ticket and contact your ISP
