just me (and all my clients) ?
my account is down too.
Mine too…
Mine, too… sigh
I’ll join the club!
On a side note, is the new ticket system working? I submitted a ticket, but it doesn’t show up in either my Open or Closed ticket views.
Edit: Just saw the “may take a few minutes to show up” line on the page.
Down since 2:00 AM. H-Sphere is down too. Logon timeout.
I wonder if this is tied in any way to the “Emergency Patches” that PSoft was having to make with the VPS software.
Hrmmmm.
There was a small connectivity issue at the datacenter that was resolved with the subnet with the mailserver was on
The issue was something to do with the subnet the IP is on. When we get a report from the datacenter on the issue, it will be posted.
The blacklisting issue was completely resolved with SpamCop assistance and as such there are no issues on the mail server
I need to cleanup some unncessary posts here.
There was no more than 20minutes of outage on the server so whoever said it was down since 2AM is very much wrong.
I understand this may make some people nervous and I am pretty upset at this now but let me assure everyone that we are determined to ensure that the few recent mail server issues that we’ve had discontinue
Email server was down more than 20 minutes

The outage was closer to an hour. Look at the time difference between the snooper’s original post and your post that it was fixed. I noticed the problem about 10 minutes before snooper’s post since I was in the middle of an email conversation with someone. Luckily, that person has become accustomed to switching to my hotmail junk account in recent weeks.
Also, what time zone was the person who said “2am” referring to? It was shortly before 10am EST that the connectivity went down.
Re: “Email server was down more than 20 minutes”
I may have the time wrong because the admins were dealing with it before I came along.
I’ll update my announcement when I get more information.
The network issue seems to have been due to human error. A command to reset the firewall went bad causing connectivity loss.
Investigating this and we won’t let this go by as a mistake
