How can I tell which JH email server I am using?
The last few days, we have recieved several complaints from clients saying that they are having problems emailing us. Our email enquiries have certainly dropped, which is strange at this time of year.
Any advice would be very welcome.

Hi, can you tell me what error message they are getting as a return email.. I suggest you open a ticket with the error message so we can check if there is a configurational issue with your mail domain
The mail server you are on can be seen from the area where you configure your mailboxes in the CP.
