Customers are complaining that email is not being delivered - basically all day.l
Oddly, sending email does NOT seem to be affected.
While I know you have “scheduled maintenance” there was no indication email would be down for extended periods like this.
Any updates?
It has already been fixed. There was a spammer injected huge spam due to which mail queue got choked.We have cleared spam from mail queue to fix the problem.
Are the email servers being flooded again? Emails are not getting out again.
Same issue here - hearing from clients that there has been about a 6 hour delay for email receipt starting yesterday at some point.
Specifically that would be mail9 I believe.
I’m on mail1, and the problem seems to be resolved now. Emails are going out/being delivered in real time again.
