Email Server down?

A few of my clients have been experiencing email issues lately.

One of them, on the linux package, said an individual didn’t get his emails for 9 hours.

Another client said her email stopped working yesterday. She can send mail out, but won’t receive any.

I personally just tested my contact form on my site and I get an error of this

 No SMTP server specified for CFMAIL.

But thats never happened before.

Whats the deal?

Mail server has no problem. SMTP is working fine. Have you issued a ticket so that support can look into your specific issue?
