I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for best practices.

I have a domain that I am responsible for. All of the emails go to 2 people. They need to see all of the email, but there are different email addresses.

[email protected]

How can I set it up so the email addresses are authenticated and also available through the web and also in Outlook?

Try feature ‘Mailbox alias’ and see if it gets you the desired results:
