emails not being deleted from JH servers

Hello,

Our emails are not being removed from JH servers once we receive them via Outlook 2003. I looked and we do not have it setup to keep a copy on JH servers in OL 2003.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Are you checking via IMAP?

If they are staying there, something on your side is telling them to do so. If you check with Outlook via pop3 default config, they WILL delete from the server.
