Has anyone gotten this message when trying to log into any web-mail client?
“Your Internet address has changed since the beginning of your mail session. To protect your security, you must login again”
A new client says it won?t let him into his email account. I can login to the same email without a problem.
thanks,
Kerri[/font]
Are they on AOL? AOL uses a bunch of proxies to connect, also dial up like NetZero 3G, uses a proxy system that could cause this as well.

Thanks for the wisdom, Stephen! Yes they are on AOL. So…is there a way for them to get their email?
Which mail system are they using?
I noticed on SQWebMail here:
http://204.14.107.1/cgi-bin/sqwebmail?index=1
It has an option down at the bottom, uncheck that, and it should work.
