Error on WWG and Jodohost ASP pages

Sometimes I get this error on ASP pages on WWG and JH:

[font=Arial] [/font]

Active Server Pages[font=Times New Roman][size=3] [/size][/font][font=Arial][size=2]error ‘ASP 0115’[/size][/font][font=Times New Roman][size=3] [/size][/font]

[font=Arial][size=2]Unexpected error[/size][/font]

[font=Arial][size=2]/filename.asp[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=2]A trappable error (C0000005) occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running. [/size][/font]

I occassionally get this error too on sites I host with JH. I did just a few minutes ago. Then when you refresh it goes away… what causes this? why is it still happening?
