my customer just launched a campaign yesterday - the timing of this is catastrophic…
whats the ETA?

Right now, if not recovered yet, it is going to be a while, we are working to get the best copies of data from multiple sources, and it is taking a very long time.
We have many sites up and live, but also some down.

Hi,

All my sites are still down on win6.
Is there an update when this will be fixed.

I have opened ticket: ZGC-92297-106 regarding this.

There are about 5 user accounts still extracting from a recovered backup, I am checking if you are one of them.

Actually, they must have come up about the time you posted, this was a largeish sized one that had some head pounding on the ground headaches to retrieve, but I got it all out :slight_smile:
