What will happen if my account exceed monthly transfer limits? Are you going to bill me by $3/Gb and account will stay active or my account will be suspended until I change my service plan to another with greater limits?

It will bill you, if you know you will be going over I would recommend emailing sales or billing to get something worked out beforehand.
