My gateway Bank in my country(Costa Rica) use a .exe file to make a sales on line. The name for this file is newcli.exe, this file receive parameter cc number, exp. date, car holder, etc, and return a autorization number.
Please I need execute this file in my hosting.

We can not allow this, they do not have any other method, asp.net/asp/php/perl?

My bank only use this .exe file. This file connect to cgi.dat file.
