Expired and invalid JodoHost certificates

What’s up? All your certificates are coming up expired or invalid. I was prompted about 20 times that the *.myhsphere.biz certificate was expired when I checked mail (real name of my domain’s mailserver alias). When I went to resellerdesk to file a ticket, Chrome blocked the site saying its certificate was fraudulent. Sorry, I didn’t bypass the warning to visit anyway and file a ticket. In this age of DNS spoofing and driveby’s I’m very leery of blindly skipping warnings even when I think I know the site.

It’s early and none of my clients have called me yet. But they will be.

Can you please get your certificates in order?

(You’re welcome to delete this message once you’ve gotten the certificates updates. Sorry to blast away on the forums like this.)

Forums are fine, I got the warnings too, the mass updates have gone out it is one valid 12/12/2014 so a 2 year wildcard.

Thanks Stephen. I don’t seem to be getting the mail server cert issues any more. The resellerdesk one is back to the old “self-signed” warning that’s been there since I can remember. I can handle that.

still getting an error stating myhsphere.biz expired 12/13/2012 @ 2:49AM… is this a DNS propogation issue or what?

Not DNS, there are a few servers that didn’t get the new cert pushed down and being installed manually.

Do we need to file a ticket for this for any domain affected?

It looks like it’s still a problem:
***.myhsphere.biz uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate expired on 12/13/2012 2:49 AM. The current time is 12/18/2012 9:51 AM.

(Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)

If you are still seeing an error yes send a ticket, they should have all been updated already as Hsphere sync process showed this as working, sorry it is still an issues we’ll have to check it manually.
