Hi,
having lots of trouble connecting externally to the databases on mssql12 and mssql13. We are using the correct ip address with the correct port (not posted for security) - support # is GSX-23462-644 its been up and down all week meaning actually doing any work has been very hard.
We are changing the software used for this now.

what is not working (site using same ODBC is not working ?).
