Is it possible to add FTP access for a new username/password to an existing account? I have a directory which I would like to allow users to upload files to, but don’t want them to have access to directories higher up.
You need to submit a ticket to do this on windows, we have to manually create these account.
Thanks Stephen - that’s great news. Reading the Hsphere Guide seemed to indicate that a static IP would be needed, which seemed a bit of a waste.
PS I’m in Miami with a whole day off(!) on 1st June - would it be possible to meet up and go to the Nap of America?
