extracting compressed files

We have a client that had his website redesigned and they want to upload a compressed version of the site (600MB file). Am I able to decompress the file once it is uploaded? If not, is that something that can be done through support?

Or should I just tell them to upload the files via FTP and not use the compressed file?

Webshell can do it, but doesn’t always do it well, and is slow.

We’ll gladly extract it on ticket.
