Failt to add new domain

Hy guys,

This it is my first message in this forum (I am another refugee of RC) 8o

I have added my service domain correctly and or am forming my plans (retort of which or I have in another one hosting)…, but when trying to add new domains in the account on watch, gives the following error me:

Failure when adding Domain xxxx.net is no a dedicated direction IP. Please it contacts his administrator.

I will be making something bad?

Please any help will be welcome :smiley:

have you added the domain , and then changing it to dedicated IP?

if so or not you need to submit a ticket to jodohost to assign a dedicated IP, to the server and /or your domain

let them know what domain it is and they will be able ot sort it.

I have added the service domain with a dedicated IP, the problem is when attempt to add new domains to the account (it leaves the failure to me that previously I have written) ?(

Your service account plan must be setup with ip tag to dedicated ip.
