Failure Notice

Dear JH Support Team:

Looks like the SPF records for my domain aren’t working properly as some domains are not accepting my messages. Here is an example of one of the failure reports:

<[email protected]>:
67.43.26.238 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550-5.7.0 <[email protected]>… This mail server uses an anti-spam technique called SPF. SPF Records published by your
550-5.7.0 email provider indicate that you are not authorized to transmit email using this email address
550-5.7.0 from your current IP. Your email has been rejected. Please contact your domain administrator.
550-5.7.0 For more information about SPF please see: Sender Policy Framework - Wikipedia
550 5.7.0 For more information about CIPAFilter please seee: http://www.cipafilter.com

Giving up on 67.43.26.238.

What can we do to resolve this?

You will need to submit a ticket with your domain to check the SPF record.

Ok, I’ll do that. Thanks.
