I believe in giving credit where it’s due and would like to congratulate Jodohost on the fantastic customer support they are providing.
I created a ticket today and received a response within 15 minutes. I have come to regard 3-4 hours to be a good response time from other hosts and have had to wait days on occasion.

Yep, support here on the whole is much faster and better than other hosts I’ve been with, but not perfect. The support team makes mistakes at times when giving answers but they are human after all 
yeah agree. They also do much more than just helping you. They do almost whatever you ask them to do
but sometimes, as Ron said, the ticket staff do mistakes
