The downtime was over 3 hours with this maintiance today, suggestion you guys should have this fourm on a different network so we know whats going on, my phone rang and rang with this outage.

Im luckly I thought about going to the http://apyl.com/ to get a hold of live chat so I could communicate with my clients. This fourm should be somewhere else or where Apyl is. I had no idea this date got changed.

I got no notice this date got change, and ASK to fix my account so I get the E-mails when outages takes place and it still is not fixed.

I never get any E-mails ever, if it wasn’t for forum I wouldn’t even know what was going on. FIx my account so I get e-mails, I get billing emails but why not network warnings??

I want this E-mail issue fixed, this is terrrible tongiht.

apyl is on the same servers, it was just some IP subnets not working, we have jodopulse.com offsite, and sent it in the announcement as well.

Can you please find out why I get no E-mails related to any Annouctments. My E-mail is up to date. I get all E-mails from H-sphere for billing, but none when you guys do a Mass mailing.
