Odd problem.
I just set up a new client account, and the ftp address is win22.m****here.biz instead of win22.trustedts.com (my retailer domain).
I know this new server is at MiaX, but I thought the process would be the same. Is there a reason that the ftp no longer resolves to my retailer account?
You need to submit server aliases in your control panel, we sent an email saying this and posted to announcements as well
