FTP Host Name not my domain

Hi. I am trying to set up my accounts and transfer everything to jodohost. I followed the user’s manual and added two user accounts (both Windows Plan A) from the admin cp. The first account I created was assigned the FTP Host Name [font=Arial]win2.myDomain.com[/font] now all accounts I create are getting the FTP Host Name win10.m****here.biz.

Why is this?

I would prefer it to be [font=Arial]win?.myDomain.com. [/font]

don’t worry about the **'s it is there so that google doesn’t pick up the domain.

You need to look at the announcement, and submit the server aliases from your reseller panel, so that it will work with your domain.

Edit:

Also check server aliases regularly, as they always need to all be submitted.
