FTP root folder is /domain.com, right? If so, I’m not seeing files and I can’t upload.
Any ideas?
FTP root (unless a sub-FTP, manually created on Windows or created via CP on linux accounts), it is your user folder that contains folder for each domain.
Like:
domain1.com
domain2.net
These folders will in turn contain domain’s web data.

The problem was with my FTP program. WS_FTP. I’m not sure why WS_FTP was not showing files when I logged in, but it was.
I tried Cute FTP and I see everything.
Go figure.

I had to give up on my old favorite, LeechFTP for the same reason. I’m using FileZilla now.
