FTP Sub Account

I want to set up an FTP Sub Account on one of my subdomains and I have a couple questions.
Firstly, there is no cost associated with an FTP Sub Account, right?
Secondly, do I need to open a ticket to have it set up and if so, what information do they need (folder, username, password, etc.)?

Support set this up for me this morning, but it is set up wrong. I have reopened the ticket and updated again, but haven’t heard anything all day. Can you check on this for me. Ticket number is 36916.
