To use Google Email Apps with my VPS/Plesk all I would have to do is change the clients MX/CNAME records correct? Then they would have to change the server and etc.. in their email program?

Yes there are a couple other users already using google apps with their VPS (plesk and no plesk)
Ahh ok. I have a client that might be interested so just trying to figure out what all I would have to do if they go through with it.
Is it relatively easy to get configured? You know my level of expertise when it comes to this stuff Stephen. 
yes it is quite easy just turn off the local vps mail service and edit the DNS records to point to google.
I just change the DNS settings for the client’s domain that wants to use them? I still want to use hmail for my stuff and my other client.
