Email tagged as spam below from my customer. Important mail being returned is not a good thing! Customers leave quick when e-mail does not get delivered. Possibly, JH has moved to quickly in wrong direction due to the overwhelming spam problem. An education course for all users may be better choice than more spam filters?
-
Quit using forms on webpages that embeds e-mail address for bots to harvest.
-
stop embeding e-mail addresses in webpages completely.
-
place an e-mail address graphic on pages instead.
-
use cgi or php or anything that conceals the e-mail addresses instead of placing the address in the html source code.
-
At registra level…use specific email address that goes thru anti-spam filtration.

Returned e-mail below: Does not look like spam to me!
Mike,
The original email below did not make it to us.
The sender at “Edited Out” sent it to another person in his company, who was able to send it to us.
Why did the first one not come to us?
Also, I received an email from “Edited Out” at “Edited Out” at 9:15 a.m.
A second report that she sent at 9:30 was returned to her.
She tried to send it another time, and I still have not received it.
Thanks,
“Edited Out”
