H-SPhere Administrator setup gives me a 404

Hi,

I am trying to create my fisrst Administrator Account on H-Sphere as per JH instructions, but it is giving me a 404 Page not found error when I click submit.

I have sent in a ticket about it - they just said try again. Well I did, and it stil does.

Any other suggestions?

Can you PM me your admin account username or the ticket #

Got it sorted now.

You can’t use the username “Admin”.

Suggestions:

  1. Add this information to the form page itself
  2. Don’t give a 404 if someone does use this name - but a pop-up box telling them not to would be great
  3. Add the information to the step-by-step help page at: Step-by-Step Guide to setup Reseller Hosting at JodoHost

  1. cant be done as it needs changes in Hsphere’s templates and changes will go away with each upgrade.
  2. It is standard error whenever a security rule is hit.
  3. Yes, we will get it done asap.
