hacking file?

hey folks

i found this file on a site that i manage - not hosted on Jodo.

it was saved as 111.asp.jpg - and it looks like a hacking tool.

i am awry of running it, just in case it does damage - has anyone seen this before and can comment on what it does, how it does it etc>?

These are common, it is uploaded by uploaders that don’t restrict by extension, or have double extension vulnerability (possibly the case here)

they are used to edit and deface sites.

Hopefully being with the .jpg on end it wasn’t executable and did no damage, but it was a hacking attempt yet.
