I think you have a nice website and simple and functional.
One thing I would like to point is that maybe you can divide the text area in the middle of your home page, because what striked me first when I first looked on the page was too much text like in a story. Try to divide it by subjects and put them in a TABLE (
Looks nice. Links page is kind of disorganized.
