Help me find out my host name...

Hello,
How do I know which server my site is located on?
I tried to ping every single “winX” machine and can’t find out an IP match.
My site shared ip is 204.10.107.3

You can open a ticket for these kind of problems. Ticket system is the best way to get personel support.

BTW, it is Win8 IP.

In my opinion, the easiest way is to go to FTP User, and it will show you winX.resellerdomain.com

Ravi, I asked in a previous ticket without reply. This was not the main reason of the ticket so I though this was not an important enough question for a support ticket. This is why I asked here.

It was possiblily ignored unintentionally, as it was not mentioned properly. Kindly use numbering if you have mentioned more then one issue in a single tickat.
