on the main page on the “Help” menu, there is a link to a server status page
I suggest either removing that link or update the server status on that page
also, now when downgrading to Windows 2000, you should change Windows 2003 Hosting to Windows 2000 Hosting and tell the customers the reason for this
We’ll start using the Server Status system shortly. Its located at jodostatus.com which is hosted at a different location to ensure information reaches customers if our other servers become inaccessible. It also has an emergency contact form that you can use if our ticket system is not working. All emails is received at an external mail server and therefore its not affected by mail outages with us
We will change Windows 2003 to either Windows 2000 or Windows Hosting. it’s just a matter when we can get a hold of the web designer that did our site and ask him to correct it (he is currently off on vacation)
