Hello , I have seen this issue in various others threads and The resolutions appears to be installing a missing component. any help would be appreciated. I tried to submit a ticket but the system seems to be down ..

I just installed DB_File for you on Win6, if you are by chance on a different server, please let me know via PM which server that is.
