I just signed up for a reseller account. the problem is that I was kicked out of the jodohost registration site when I progressed to payment. I then used the email I received to make the payment. When loggin on to the reseller CP (I can) I get a quite empty screen which asks to clcik for an account to review or modify, but none is shown

Please help

I see your reseller account in the activation queue, should be activated shortly by billing

Thanks for the quick reply. I also registered some domain names with jodohost and one of those should become the DNS server (ie NS1 and NS2) I know that I’ve to make changes using the domain control panel but the CP says aftr logging on immediately

“Your Session has expired. Please Re-Login.”

  1. How can I logon to the domain CP without the session to expire

  2. in the child DNS what to provide as IPs?
