Today is second day I try to open a support ticket. I tryed to mail to [email protected] but it is returning my mails. I wonder after many problems with cerberus why you still use this crap? Thanks god the Control Panel is working today.
If jodo was not using Hsphere, Cerberus and Miamy Datacenter - it should be excelent company - JMHO.
I have 2 reseller accounts with athor companies and never this type of problems - the whole network down, bugy CP, helpdesk problems.

Today is the third day I don’t have working helpdesk, my mails are returned also. It is third day one of my clients can’t receive mail and your support refuse to solve the problem by live chat / I can understand this but I can’t open a ticket cos helpdesk is not working/.
I don’t want to complain but I loose clients and I make living from hosting.
I requested you to contact us via live chat again so that we could get bounce message if you are getting any. you can also write a mail to helpline at jodohost dot com and please copy complete bounce message you get while creating ticket. BTW did you try to send mail to resellersupport at jodohost dot com directly instead of registering ticket via ticket system ?
