Those resellers who have subscribed to our anonymous end-user support service were previously given helpdesk urls similar to http://helpdesk.yourhost.com/support/?=244wdw
We have modified our system and now resellers no longer need to include the last bit in the url (i.e. ?=244wdw) for your helpdesk URL to open. You can now link directly to http://helpdesk.yourhost.com/support

thats because that isn’t phased ,
if yopu use your one within the set up ie helpdesk.emaginehosts.com for eample its phased

When i go to yours it works, when i go to ours I still get: URL: swiftwire.hspherehelp.info/support/Invalid URL
Please open a ticket with your helpdesk URL.
