Horde on mail.domain.com - error

Firstly. Thank you for giving the option, though for me, you can delete the others!!

BUT there is an intermittent error. As I have reported before:

  • Occassionally , you’ll get the hsphere password change screen. What’s up with that? Screen shot below:

Also, why does the horde logon page ask you to choose a mail server, since their is only one option anyhow? Can you not make this a hidden field?

The password change thing has nothing to do with the page on mail.domain.com, you get the same thing if you visit http://64.156.223.231/horde/ directly.

The page seems to set a non-persistant cookie, so every first time you go to that URL, you get the password change thing first. Kind of annoying :wink:

I know - but to clarify, the link on the mail.domain.com page to Horde IS to http://64.156.223.231/horde , but when you click on it, you are sent to http://63.209.158.6:8080/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP?action=change_mbox_password

  • but you are right, if you go back and try again, you get the Horde logon page.

  • Can’t exactly direct my clients to this until it’s fixed.

I’m pretty sure the link is not the problem - that’s been established hasn’t it? As when you try the second time it works. Same link, different pages. Needs sorting!

Try the link I posted. It works everytime. The link that’s there just redirects you to the URL I posted (after the first click).

the server is not selected i have to select the mail server.

This is not well configured because it is not suposed to be like this.

In the future, we will have to add new mail servers and that’s when the mail server selection will be useful

can i use a link in the my page that can do the selection automaticaly
