Stephen, I moved one of my clients from win28 to win29 /after jodohost support “solved” the problem many times without success / and the site is ok now.
But today another client call - their site is on win28 and the site is practicaly unusable during USA night time - when it is daytime in europe.
And this just a next one of my client having this problem. It is very disapointing when the person that have to solve the problem just denies there is a problem - maybe my clients and me are idiots expecting their sites to work 24 hours a day. Of cource I can move all my client’s sites from win28 and win30 to win29 - but it will take much time and there is no guarantee that the same thing will not happen to win29 after time.
I do not just ‘deny there is a problem’
I have stayed on the server and during the nights and seen it, watched it myself etc.
I have slept less than most people sleep in one night in the last week much of that being at night here.
I am not denying that sometimes it can be slow, but you act as if there is some change on win28 that can be noted, when there has been nothing new on win28 for over a year.
It’s happening again. Please, do something about the cause, not effects!!! It’s unacceptable.
YES, THEY ARE. IT’S HAPPENING ALMOST EVERY DAY! “Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.” PLEASE, DO SOMETHING TO IDENTIFY THE CAUSE, NOT THE EFFECTS. IT’S NOT ACCEPTABLE TO HAVE SITES DOWN EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR 15-30 MINUTES.
Issue is fixed and all are up now and working fine.
Still we are monitoring that.
Also I can now add since I have stopped and had some lunch 
Win30 was last having this issue last weekend, it was not a day ago. I know this distinctly because I was inside the datacenter at the time and checked it in person on the server.
We are still trying to find the cause of this and fix it, but it is not happening daily.
We have increased the monitoring on it for php specifically and it will be corrected within 5 minutes should it happen again.

What is going on on this server?
this is not a server issue, this is an upgrade issue. SWSoft in their infinite wisdom decided to change the PHP path.
We tried to work around that but looks it is still giving some people some errors on some php.ini copies, going to check it out now. Please do not continue discussing this issue here as we have a thread open for all upgrade related issues to keep orgnaized and noted of all the problems that may have happened.
BTW it is fixed now
This is becomming embarrasing, win28 is dead slow again with html sites taking over 5mins to load! Webshell is no better too!
Like I said before, we’ll move your sites to any server you want just tell us.
I check win28 and it gets better instantly, it is frustrating.

YES I did not say I wasn’t.
Arijeet is working on it, and I was trying to login but a stale session was preventing, it is cleared now and I am logging in.
I just don’t feel the need to detail every move I make in extreme details.
And what I said was valid, I login and the abuse seems to disappear.
I have some idea about what to do with it but its going to need a reboot to make some log changes that will help me.
chill out, it was a question, not a statement.
In anycase it is not fixed as yet and clients are sick of it despite them making regular reports of slowness.
I’ll fire in a ticket to have the account moved.

You know, I am pretty stressed since the hsphere upgrade and had I known that it would be such a wreck we’d never have done it, because the added ‘features’ are not worth the stress added to my life and our other techs as well.
But once you start there is really no going back, it would be more headache and problem to go back than to move forward once it is started.
Servers that have been fine for years now are having issue with slowness since the updates and it is killing me, and other techs as well, making our workload far higher than it should be.
We will get it all resolved, I have some plans but working to get the parts in place to get it resolved, other than working with psoft parallels we are working on other plans for speeding things up again.
The new hsphere is continually running an installer on the servers which resets things we do, which makes our lives hard, we fix something and it goes back and undoes it. We make and change to resolution and it goes HAHA and changes it back.
They are trying to make hsphere a wizard platform instead of an admin platform, which makes life hard on us, instead of ‘easy’ like parallels thinks. The nice thing about Hphere for years has been that it lets and admin be admin and doesn’t override everything we could do, seems that is no more the case.
That being said I am working to test a theory on win28 now and will see how it works, I will be posting a reboot here shortly and rebooting in the next hours.
I certainly understand. Psoft support seem pretty useless if i read between the lines correctly.
These things happen from time to time but unfortunately its been more of an issue recently.
I’ve learnt to appreciate hsphere’s good points and even though i,ve forgotton what its like to use another cp for so long so i can’t compare it…but really my general impression is its a half-arsed application.

I’d prefer it do one job well, than to try to do(and in doing undo) what I do as well. Win28 is rebooting now.
Yash and Atul used to offer regular support around here…perhaps they should pull there finger out and give you guys a hand in the circumstances 
one more iis stoppage for just a moment is needed on win28. 2-3 min max once I get logged in.
Yash can’t, Atul does.
Yash is not in a place he can give support for the last year+.
Win28 is doing much better so far still keeping an eye on it.
