How do I add a user to H-Sphere?

I don’t resale, I just build sites for my customers. But now the owner of http://wildcatbullets.com has hired an artist to do work on the site. How do I create an account for her?
http://wildcatbullets.com/login.html
gets to the login, but I only have rickaWin that stephen created for me.

All I want to do is create a login so someone can only edit the domain I specify.

What I meant to say was the doc is out of date. H-Shpere looks nothing like that, there is no [SIZE=4]SIGNUP[/SIZE]
The instruction say:
Select Signup in the Signup menu:

This does not exist or I can’t find it.

It is there in the reseller interface, I use it quite a bit, send a ticket if you need further help.
