how do i get into the admin area?

I login into my reseller account alright, then I click the Enter Admin area to login in. I type my user and pass again but nothing happens.

Note: I havent used my admin in ages.

is your service domain working ? If not, you need to change CP URL.

so I use the cp.myservicedomain.ca address to login to my admin area? My admin login info won’t work. Only my accounts

use our main domain to get into your admin cp

i am, which is bringing me to my reseller account page. When i click Enter Admin it just brings me to my cp.mydomain.ca login page, where my admin user/pass dont work.

ok i think you need to submit a ticket then, that is not correct.

argh. yes I think it’s because im using safari.

I seen this issue some months ago with safari. Please use some other browser. I use Firefox with out any issue.
