How do I sign up user for discounted rate?

hey,

I have a client that I have agreed to sign her up under wingold plan, but for $9.95/mo instead of the posted $14.95/mo. I dont want to have to create a special plan just for her. I signed her up and she is paying via check so it is in moderation stage, however, I do not want to activate it just yet untill I can get her invoices to say the right price for her discount. please help. :smiley:

Only option I can think of is to credit her account every month for $ 5.00. Invoice amount will continue to be $ 14.95.

Another issue. can you log into my cpanel really quick (makhosting) and see why my support ticket center does not receive tickets?

Hmm. that sucks. lol. any other options you can think of? i dont want her invoice to say $14.95 if its not going to be $14.95. you understand.

Does this mean i have to create an entire plan just for her?
