How long...or when do payments get applied to accounts?

If we pay by paypal.

Just wondering if there is someone who specifically does this during certain hours or if it is done as soon as someone has a chance to do this. If there are certain hours or days that someone is not available to do this, could you kindly let me know so I can make a note of it.

I just want to know so that in the future I give myself enough time in case there are certain hours that payments don’t go applied.

This is done by Billing Staff. They work 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday. However someone from billing staff also checks for any emergency billing related issues in non-working hours round the cloak but at irregular intervals.
