I have a ticket that I’ve asked for an update on when the site will be moved, hwwin1, so that it’s in the new data center along with its mysql db. I’ve asked via live chat twice, via the ticket twice, and all I get for an answer is “we’re checking it, we’ll update your ticket” and then nothing else. I understand outages with a massive move like this, but the communication to date has been terrible. You sent out a notification a week after you started the moves. And then when we try to get an estimate of when the site will be fixed, that’s been basically unusable for almost 2 weeks now, we can’t get an answer. Please, how much longer is this move going to take? Is there any way to expedite specific sites? I don’t know how exactly you’re moving things, if it’s the whole VM or on a site by site basis. But hwwin1 that this site is hosted on is hosed up to begin with, web shell doesn’t work on it, and it’s slow. Please help us so we don’t look like such idiots to our customers..
I updated the forums with details as I know at the time. I have a bit of progress on the routing table updates now, and waiting on confirmation from a couple other places then we can swap the network over live to Dallas at priority so it stops having to loop back to Waco, unless there is a DDOS and it routes to cloud offloading.
Webshell is a finicky thing every time, we actually rebuilt some servers completely because it was not working right on them in Waco, and others we did a VM replica and made it live in Dallas. It really varied by how well it was working on the source side to what we moved. The physical servers all we moved all accounts with a rebuild. Webshell is actually programmed in php 4 and is a bit old and the pipeline gets thrown out by Windows updates sometimes.
ok so not seeing an announcement regarding hwwin1, has that been moved now? Just want to be sure that “all hsphere servers are moved” actually means all the moves are completed now, and not just a portion of servers.. Thank you
oh yea hwwin1 is moved for sure. 
Network changes look like they may be tomorrow night, but that isn’t locked in yet waiting on one final confirmation before I can announce it.
Once the network change is done, is everything done and moved? And we should no longer be seeing sites take forever to load and timeouts? Thank you for the updates..
Stephen, what is the status? It looks like it didn’t happy Friday night as you hoped. Any end in site for these issues?
What is the ETA for the final cutover? I still have alerts being generated due to some sites taking a while to load.. Thank you
