Deepak will be performing maintenance on the database for Hsphere today, and may result in the Control Panel being inaccessible for 1.5-2.5 hours. Sites and services will continue to run, only the control panel will be slow or down.
The Maintenance is starting at approximately 11pm EDT and should be finished by 1:30AM EDT
Deepak will not be able to start this at 11pm, but at 1am, as there was a scheduling conflict, and we do not want to be low on staff while the control panel is slow or down.
So modifying the time from 11pm-1:30am to 1:00am-3:30am
We have started Maintenance and will keep you updating.
Maintenance is still in progress, It is taking time more than we exptected.
It is still running…taking too long .
At this point, the operation is taking much longer than we expected, but we can not stop it or we will have to restore to a database backup. The operation really needs to complete, taking this long it is obviously cleaning up a lot of records that had problems.
The control panel should be much faster after the operation completes.
Deepak has stopped all CP services so they are not using any resources.
We are trying to speed this up as much as possible.
Maintenance process is finished now. Control Panel is up now.
After this maintenance, We observe that cp is faster in search but seems slow in logging in . We will be further optimizing it in off peak hours.
Currently control panle is stopped .

We will be perfroming another maintenance on the Hsphere database tonight at 11:30 PM.Control panel will be down for 2-3 hrs but other services will remain unaffected.
