Can someone from Jodo explain - how is this possible - yesterday my reseller account used disk space was 29.5 Gb today it is 32.5 Gb and believe me this happenes very often - + - 2 to 3 Gb for 1 day - this is not actual change in my clients used space - this is just ridiculous Hsphere accounting. My client’s account are growing but very slowly

Interesting. about emails, I’ve hear of two, but not that many, but yesterday I got about 40 from facebook for one friend request and another forum sent 6, email is going whack!
however back to the topic, I see logs responsible for these large increases most of the time, the averaging works out in time, but sometimes it does a more instant space, which makes it have the 2-3GB + or -, maybe it is a bug, but it normally comes out ok.
If you have a concern about it you could use your report took and look to see which is using the most, and then send a ticket and we can check that logs are rotating properly, most of the time they do but sometimes the will still for a couple days extra. And sometimes the awstats log file gets hung as well.
