after logging on http://cp.m****here.biz/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP goes to a blank page as does trying to log to my reseller cp.

I use firefox all the time, unless there is an Ie specific issue and a client requests otherwise.
Live chat is not on priority, we are very short on staff as it is Holiday.
Hsphere is UP, not down, I am not sure why you are getting a blank page but I’d check locally there.
Somethings fishy, just notice when i loaded cp.m****here.biz a hover message appeared momentarily “Hello, i have over 200 sites hosted with jodohost …crashing daily…” is all i got.
I’ll try find the trigger for the hover(title/alt) text.
btw, cp ok in IE7, but not ff for me.
I just checked from 3 places, no such issue on any of them, regarding blank page or odd text.
maybe i’m going crazy, nearly 4am here.
Page not loading was a browser issue, notthing to do with Jodohost,
Somehow on the FireFox web developer toolbar, “Disable” menu → “Disable Meta Redirects” was checked… i must have accidently keyed the shortcut at some point from the keyboard.
Appologies on that.
Regarding the mystery text, it was hover text near the submit button and a paragraph of about 100 words…however i can’t reproduce it…so i may have to book into the pchyciatric ward tommorow if this keeps up
